All elements of GATEO devices were designed by the GATEO construction team and fully adapted to the scope and method of operation of the GATEO mechanism. The calculations, tests and applied technologies are applied according to the most demanding criteria.

Laser cut

Cutting is performed with lasers of the Japanese brand Mazak, which are characterized by reliability and precision, so we are sure that the assumed accuracy parameters are always achieved.

Milling

After cutting out the elements in accordance with the technological specification, follows the stage of milling selected elements of the mechanism. Then, the elements after the bench inspection are transferred to the precise CNC bending station.

CNC bending

Due to the increased precision of workmanship and increased corrosion protection, we have eliminated the welding process and replaced it with bending and bolted joints.

Electroplating

After the end of the machining cycle, all elements are transferred to a specialized electroplating plant, where the galvanizing process takes place in an automated manner, which results in achieving a repeatable quality of the zinc coating.

Assembling

After checking the execution of coatings and approving the quality of galvanizing, the elements are transferred to the mechanism assembly station. The GATEO system consists of approx. 50 elements that must be precisely assembled using specialized tools and devices.

Control

After completing the entire technological process and assembly of elements, each element is approved as ready for use. Each GATEO mechanism is signed with a serial number.
